Building Structure

Built in 2016 under consultation and supervision of sector experts and to meet up with any national and international standard.
Floors and space

7 storied building, each floor contain 10,000sqft area x 7 floor = 70,000sqft total space.
Fire and safety issues
:
180,000ltr reserve water under the building and properly linked and equipped by hose-pipes, fire alarms and other necessary equipment in each floor to meet unexpected emergency. Training to use these equipment and periodic fire drills for evacuation without hassle are conducted by the Accord Bangladesh and HR department.
Lifts
:
One passenger and one cargo lift are installed to carry the visitors, employees and raw-materials.
Other facilities
:
Canteen, Docs & Medical, child care, solar power, pure drinking water, hygienic lavatory, fire door, hydraulic water pump etc are available.
Raw material transportation
:
Two own covered van.
